1. Overview
This website is operated by For Cool Kids.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to For Cool Kids.
We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products.
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

3. Products & Print-on-Demand Nature
All products sold are print-on-demand and are produced only after an order is placed.

Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, printing techniques, and production locations.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
A contract is concluded only once we confirm acceptance of your order and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
5. Prices, Payments & Taxes (Kleinunternehmerregelung)
All prices displayed are final prices and apply at the time of purchase.
In accordance with § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 Austrian VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown (small business regulation / Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges unless explicitly stated.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss transfers to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or a person authorized by you.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy [LINK], which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of For Cool Kids or its licensors and is protected by Austrian, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.
All purchases are made directly with For Cool Kids, not Shopify.
Shopify bears no responsibility or liability for transactions, products, or disputes arising between you and us.

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display such Feedback for business purposes.
You confirm that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
