Made-to-Order Products — All Sales Final
All products in our store are made to order and printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed.
For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason including, but not limited to:

Incorrect size selection

Color preference
-
Change of mind
-
Buyer’s remorse

Ordering errors made by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, mockups, and size charts prior to purchase.
Limited Exception — Defective or Incorrect Items Only
We will only consider a replacement or refund if the item:

Arrives damaged

Contains a manufacturing or printing defect

Is not the item ordered
Strict Conditions:

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

Claims submitted outside this window will be automatically denied

Clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging is required

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our sole discretion
Approved claims will result in either a replacement OR a refund, not both.
No Returns Required
In approved cases, customers are not required to return the item.
Any refund or replacement will only be issued after claim review and approval.
Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or international transit issues

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery is confirmed

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or updated once production has begun.
Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate claim denial

Loss of eligibility for refunds or replacements

Restriction from future purchases
Legal Compliance Notice
Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.
