Order Processing

All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary depending on product type, order volume, or production location.


Shipping Times (Estimated)

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Europe: 4 – 10 business days after fulfillment
  • United States: 3 – 6 business days after fulfillment
  • United Kingdom: 4 – 8 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 3 – 10 business days after fulfillment
  • Australia: 3 – 20 business days after fulfillment
  • nternational: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Local postal services
  • Holidays or peak seasons

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Failure or refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows an order as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Packages delivered to shared mailboxes, lockers, or reception areas

Customers are advised to contact their local carrier for further assistance.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost in transit once handed over to the carrier.

Replacement or refund requests for delayed shipments will not be honored.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.


Address Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
